What Past Participants Have Said About the Mentorship Program

“My mentor gave me a lot of amazing advice on not only how to deal with AIESEC work, but also friends and schoolwork.  Because of that, I have the knowledge to take action and get my LC back in shape.”

      - Ryan Keller, AIESEC Eau Claire.

“We had really meaningful conversations, and she inspired me to pursue goals that I may have previously believed were too difficult to achieve.”

      - Hannah Aidar, AIESEC Missouri

“Through conversations with my mentor, I was surprised to start thinking about how my academic and AIESEC life is intertwined and how it can shape my future career.  I had not considered consulting before as a career path but through conversations with my mentor, I see this as a possibility given the skill sets I am developing in class and through AIESEC.  My mentor also gave me time management and goal setting resources that really helped frame my actions for my career and for leading my LC.”

     - Claire Wang, AIESEC Seattle

“My mentor helped me this year in so many ways!  My year as LCP would have been a lot harder without the support I received from her.  I didn’t have many years of experience in AIESEC when I became LCP and my mentor helped me with LC feedback sessions, strategy and planning and with being a sounding board when I needed it.  Being in this program really shaped my journey as an LCP and helped me shape my LC as well!”

      - Lydia Edwards, AIESEC San Luis Obispo
