2017 Alumni Challenge


 The purpose of our 2017 Fall Campaign:

Let's Hit 375 Donor Members!
Each Hub is being asked to coordinate an event this Fall (between Oct 21st - Nov 11th) with the purpose of gaining more donor members!

Definitions 

Attendees -  any alumni who attends

New Faces - an alumni who has not been to one of the hub events before

Renewal - an expired alumni who renews their donor membership

New Donor Member - an alumni who has never paid for a membership

Additional tips:

As you prepare for the Fall Campaign, keep your eye out for the new hub team members.  Typically they have been out of AIESEC for 5+ years and have these characteristics: out going, organized, have a little spare time on their hands, and willing to get involved.

Connect with the LC's BOA to let them know about your upcoming event, invite them to attend.

Make extra effort to reach out 1:1 to former MC members living in your area and encourage them to attend the event.

Work LinkedIn to find new alumni! Once you have connected with them, send them a personal note to join your hub.

Take time for intentional networking:

  • Small round table topics 5-10 min to discuss – move to a different group after each questions
    1. What impact did/has AIESEC have/had in your life after college or your career?
    2. How is the AIESEC of today still relevant?
    3. As alumni, what can we do to strengthen our alumni network and support each other?

Expected Communication timeline:

  • Campaign will launch with September newsletter 9/7
  • Send a Hub save the date email 6 - 8 weeks out (there will be a template in MailChimp)
  • National message to go out 9/20
  • Send Hub message #1 - 3 weeks before event (there will be a template in MailChimp)
  • October newsletter 10/12
  • Send Hub message #2 - 1 week before event (template in MailChimp)
